A MORE ENJOYABLE AND PRODUCTIVE SWEAT

Health + Beauty + Wellness One Premiere Location

Detoxification through sweat is a centuries old practice. Modern environmental medicine has proven that sweat is more than temperature regulation, it’s also part of the body’s elimination system. It’s one of the best ways to detox your body.

Infrared offers a more enjoyable, pleasant experience. It warms the body from within instead of just heating the air around you. This provides a unique opportunity for health benefits beyond a traditional sauna.

INFRARED SAUNA BENEFITS

Cardio

45 min, including Near, Mid and Far infrared. Starts at a high intensity to increase heart rate and cardiac output, then lowers to sustain heart rate level. Circulation increases to promote healthy blood pressure.

Pain Relief

30 min, including Near, Mid and Far infrared. A far and mid-infrared blend provides natural pain relief by reducing inflammation and swelling while near-infrared penetrated the tissue promiting cellular repair.

Weight Loss

What is the difference between an infrared sauna and a regular sauna?

An infrared sauna has lower heat, but deeper penetrating heat than a regular sauna. It requires less power and uses infrared. It has less humidity and lasts longer.

What is infrared?

INFRARED- invisible light just outside the prism next to red light
Infra (below) + red

Visible light + infrared are part of the electromagnetic spectrum: a continuum of light waves organized by how they interact with matter.

Infrared heats the body directly rather than simply heating the air. It penetrates human tissue, and the energy it delivers is just the right nudge cells need to stimulate warmth, growth and release.

Infrared is nature’s healing light. Its healthy wavelengths deliver a gentle nudge to cells which stimulates plants to grow, cells to release toxins, and helps people feel better, do more, and live fully.

What are the differences between Near, Mid and Far infrared light?

Near infrared wavelengths are the shortest of the three wavelengths. It is absorbed just below the surface of the skin, promoting wound healing, cell health/regeneration, skin revitalization and can mitigate inflammation. Mid infrared wavelengths are longer than near infrared wavelengths, thus allowing for greater penetration into soft tissue. Mid can help with inflammation, pain and decrease overall healing time. Far infrared wavelengths reach deep into the body where toxins and chemicals are stored and trapped. It is the longest wavelength and assists with weight loss and increases your heart rate. This increase in BPM’s can be equivalent to a mild cardio workout.

What should I wear?

Come ready to sweat, we recommend a bathing suit or gym/athletic wear.

How often should I use the Sauna?

One session will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated; however, it’s the compound effect (just like exercising or eating healthy) that will really give you your desired results and will capitalize on the health benefits received by the sauna. The more the better! 1-2 sessions to start off would be recommended and then gradually increase to 3-4 sessions/weekly roughly around 30-40min sessions.
