Following residency, he completed an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at Brooke Army Medical Center. It was during his grueling residency program when he sought out medical acupuncture training for physicians and graduated from the Helms Medical Institute. During fellowship, he received additional training in osteopathic manipulation and functional medicine.
Dr. Riegleman is Double Board Certified in Family Medicine and Pain Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine. He uses a multi-modal and whole-person approach, unparalleled by other MD’s, to approach every medical condition with management therapies focused to harness the body’s innate healing capabilities.
Dr. Riegleman has been married since 2017 and enjoys traveling to make more memories together with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Henry. He has been given so much by the city of San Antonio, and it is his goal to give back to the wonderful people that make the Alamo City what it is!
